SPY or MAL ware oin computer not found by SpyBot or McAfee

We have Spy or Mal ware on our Toshiba laptop.  We have problems connecting to Internet, getting pop-up IE windows.  Computer is Win XP, fully patched.  We run McAfee Corporate 8.5i for virus scan.  McAfee found and deleted trojans as they started to download (maybe from Yahoo?).  I ran SpyBot and LSP tool to kill off a few chunks of trash and cleaned a couple more with MalByteWare.  Now I do not find anything with SpyBot, but are getting tons of popups...

A chunk of the McAfee Scn log and a hijackthis log are below.  ANyhelp/guidance to get rid f this pest would be really appreciated!
