Spyware Redirects Search Engines

My pc was infected by some sort of spyware/malware that causes all google searches and yahoo searches to be redirected to random spam sites. It also blocks spybot s&d's website, windows update, and truncates any download down to 70K or so. I had to use a download manager to get patches for spybot s&d and only after I got to the site through the google cache. That is about the only way to get around now. I also ran NOD32's full scan, Windows defender's full scan (after getting the msi on a different pc), as well as spybot s&d after getting the updated defenition files. They found nothing. I tried using Opera and Firefox and got the same error. I am attaching the HJT file. If anyone has any idea what is wrong and what I do to fix this, please let me know.
