Spyware?

I have a laptop that is running 2 instances of an "ieupdate" process at startup. It seems to be streaming some audio from the Internet as far as I can tell. Multiple instances of IE would pop open to sometimes. Here is the content of the HJT file. I ran it but it did not check mark the items it thought suspicious.
