The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Green AntiVirus

Hello there.  I have a computer that is having an issue and Green AV keeps popping up.  Now, I know that Green AV is actually spyware, but I do not know where it is.  I am including a HijackThis log for any help that you can give.
