How to solve Windows XP problem, probably caused by Spywares

Tags: XP Pro

After scanning spywares and viruses , I restarted my Windows , windows Desktop appeared without any icons . I took it out and scanned again from another machine .It found no Viruses and Spywares. I put it back but problem still the same .

Any idea ? how to solve the problem ?
