Using XCA to create valid certificates for MS Windows

Hi!
I'm just starting using xca to create certificates for testing purposes. I have created a CA and a Client certificate. I can successfully import this cert using the windows wizard but then, when I clicked the details of that cert, it says it's digital signature is either not valid or corrupted.
This appears with all certificates created with XCA.
Is there someone who has successfully created certs with xca for windows? Maybe I've done some mistakes while creating the CA?

Thanks...Jan

You need to take the CA cert and right-click - install cert so it gets into the trusted root certification authorities certificate store.  If you have problems with it, then in the wizard choose to manually assign and when you browse check the box to show physical store.

Once the CA cert is trusted, then all the certs it signed will be trusted.

Thanks for your answer, but I think, I am doing something wrong while creating the CA. I can successfully install both the CA-Cert and the client cert but it always says it's corrupted. Is there a detailed description on how to setup a CA using XCA. Maybe with screenshots? That would be of great help.

Thanks.
