Trojan horse Generic26.QP

Hi,
win XP OS.
i was infected with "Trojan horse Generic26.QP" as AVG call it.
AVG can't remove this trojan. and the files they point out don't exist.
how do i remove it?
doesn't metter if manually or by tool.
