best antivirus for Windows 2003 Server

Hi,
I have my server with Windows 2003 Server, and it got infected with some virus and it has been spread into the system wasting system's space upto 15GB, I want to remove all unnecessary, virus and infected files without disturbing other files. Please suggest me the best antivirus software for my system.
