How to remove Antivirus 360.

Hello Experts.
I'm the helpdesk for my parents, and got a call yesterday saying that they were getting popup telling them that their computer had been infected with Antivirus 360.
I told her not to initiate any download, and this afternoon I went over to their place to have a look.
A bit of scratching around, and I found www.bleepingcomputer.com that showed how to remove the virus.
Their process worked, and I managed to pull it off of their HP machine running Win XP Home.
I had heard that if the user is using a user account that has no privelages on it is less vulnerable to this sort of thing, so I set up a user account for my mother, and gave it 'limited' access.
Then I logged off, and logged on with her username to format her desktop.
No problem there.
BUT, I went to log onto the Administrator account, and now it needs a password.
OF COURSE, I didn't set one (bleeping idiot!!!)    :|
How do I get Admin rights back on this machine???
I tried 'Administrator', 'administrator', 'admin' and 'Admin' .. no luck.
Any and all help is appreciated.
-D.

Many thanks for the quick reply.
I'll give this a shot in the morning, and get right back to you.
Apart from feeling like a goof, these points will have been well earned :)

you can always remove the passwords with the ntpassword removal tool
find it on the ubcd : http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/
I found that I was unable to delete the new user without creating a new Admin.
Unfortunately, it means that I am unable to access all of the email address and messages received under the original Administrator account.I thank you for the info and the quick reply, and apologize for the delay in getting back to you.
Thanks again.
-Dave.
