IE6 new windows don't open correctly. Just title bar
Running IE6 on Win98. I think (not positive) that this problem only started after I downloaded some Microsoft critical updates.
It only happens if there is not already an IE window open.
When I click on a URL within a mail document, it opens an IE window that is tiny. It only has a 2" blue title bar, and the minimize, maximize and close symbols. No vertical dimension other than what is required by the blue bar. When I click on maximize, it's fine.
If I click on another URL, it loads it into the full window just fine.

There's no way I know of to permanently delete it, as the browser nneds "some" default value to set the window boundaries. Here's a slightly easier method.
1. Right Click on any link on this page to open a New Window.
2. Close this browser window (not the one you just opened)
3. With the new window, grab the top left corner and drag into the top left corner of your monitor as far as it will go.
4. Grab the bottom right of the window and pull to the bottom right of your monitor.
5. All new browser windows will now open at that size. (Until you change it of course...)
