Are you trying to print double-sided?

This may be helpful to you for your specific printer and PDF printouts

Hi, AJ.

This question was posted 4 times, and cost you 4X the points.  This problem typically occurs if you use your Browser controls versus our Reload Function at question creation time.

You may wish to post a zero point question in the Community Support topic area and include these links with your request to get a REFUND/PAQ (if this helped), or a REFUND/DELETE if you just want to have them all deleted.

Here's the Community Support link to help you accomplish this.

To help you further, here are all four question links for these multiple entries (including this one).  I'll post this same thing in all the questions so that you receive the Email notification on them to help further.

As regards this question, I'd be happy to work with you on this to try and help you resolve this, if you like.

I believe you are not happy with the help given here, based upon the "C" grade and have sent this link to ComTech, Administrator for help.

You may wish to request a refund and get your points back.

Alternatively, you may benefit by downloading the enhanced version of Adobe's Acrobat Reader version 5.0.5 for Windows (if that's your platform); other versions available as well.  I've been pleased with the enhancements and hope you will benefit as well.

I never want points if I haven't added value to the Asker, and a "C" grade in my book is equal to failure in terms of it being the lowest grade available here, and would prefer zero points to a "C" grade.

Thanks,
Asta

Hello AJ, I have noticed this question, and after perusing it, it dawned on me, that you had not commented back to the Expert here, then give a C grade.

The member Areemant painly stats that if a question in accepted, with anything sub par, that you must explain the reason for the grade.  If you didn't think that the Answer to the question was not adequate, then you should explain why.

With this knowledge, I am changing the Grade.

Thanks for the help, ComTech.  I do wish that we could have heard from AJ in terms of help requested, what was given and if it was helpful.  If not, I am always willing to help further, but without any input and then a WHAM with a "C", just doesn't work for me; not to mention others that may need to get similar help in the future when they access our PAQ.  I don't know anyone who would who would want to pay for a PAQ item graded with a "C"; I certainly would not.

AJ, if you do wish to get additional help here, just let us know.

Thanks again,
Asta
