Filling in multiple text boxs in a .PDF file at one time.
Ok I have a .pdf file I am creating with MANY text boxes in it for answers. What I would like to do is see a listing or something like it of all the text boxes and their names so that I can fill them all in at one time instead of having to find it in the .pdf file, click on it and then type an answer. I have done some programming so if I need to write a seperate program to do this I would be ok with that. But all this is technically for my Dad and I would prefer it to be as easy and user friendly as possible.

If one requirement is that you need to save the result, I would go with either a FDF file so that you can merge the two documents (FDF and PDF) at any time, or use the pdftk solution to actually merge the two files so that you only have to deal with one file when you want to lookup this information again.

Sorry to keep this all waiting. I just got the CD with the file on it yesterday. I will look over everything here again in the next day or two and finish it out.

I am comfortable with VB programming, I have done some. So maybe that is the way to go we will jsut have to see. I do have the full version of Acrobat as well so I can do this option if need be. Give me a couple of days and I will get back to you. Thanks again.
