Free CPanel Alternative?

Hi everyone,

I'm getting a dedicated server. I'm used to using CPanel on most of my sites, but the company I am renting the dedicated server from wants $20/mo to use CPanel, and being the cheapskate that I am, I'd rather not pay that much for something I can probably do without completely...Does anyone know a good a good FREE cpanel alternative, preferably one you've had experience with?

I've found http://www.webmin.com/ but I would be interested to hear about any other alternatives people have used. I'd also be interested to hear from anyone who's used webmin and can tell me how it stacks up against cpanel. Since I will have to install this myself and I've never really administrated a server before, ease of installation is an important factor here too...It doesn't have to be super-easy, just not impossible ;)
