May i use automated submissions for search engines?

Hi

I finish a webshop and i want to submite for several search engines i only put in google 2 months ago and i allready have a PR 2, with out the page is open to the public (i think is a good start ;-)).
I see a program in godaddy to put automated submissions in search engines, but i dont know if is a good program, may i use it? exist in the market better ones? or is best to wait and the crawlers in the end will find me.

(i have product reviews, lot incoming and outgoing links, head tags, keyw)

yes, i use keywords, but i want to know if with this software "traffic_blazer" :

i can increase my PR.
I allready use search engine commando software in the past and google never pageranking my sites, because of that im not sure to use any kind of software.
