Create a Simple Flash Countdown timer !

No, just select "Text Tool" from the Tools (A toolbar button on left side bar with a BIG "A" sign)

drag it on the stage to create a textField....


now below in properties pane, add the instance name as "timeLeft"

it should be "timeLeft" not even "timeLine"

what values you have set for the following variables....?

// 2 means march, month values are from 0 to 11

----------------

It working fine here..

could you please confirm,, what month you want to enter here...

bMonth = 5; means you want it JUNE....


as I clearly explained that month values are from 0 to 11
0 for Jan
1 for Feb
and so...on
