Create a "Page Footer" and control on which page(s) it prints

I have a asp web report that utilizes a repeated region.  Often the reports can be 2 - 4 pages long.  I want to be able to print a "footer" on page 1 and not on the other pages (actually it wouldn't matter is it printed on the other pages, but I do need it on page 1).  I don't care if the footer actually appear in the IE footer area.  I know that area is very difficult to modify.

Since I don't know where the page break may come, I'm not sure how to write the code or where to place it.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
