OnLoad (Not popup) Window Resizing without allowing user to resize window

I'm not sure if this is possible, I found bits of code on this site already. I know how to resize a page when it loads - however I'm not able to keep it that size.

I do not want to open another window/frame, I'm creating a site and when someone goes to the domain I want the page to resize and not allow the user to resize it (800x600 is the size.)

Is this possible?

(Btw, this does need to work with both IE and Netscape)

Thanks man, very much so appreciated. It doesn't work quite as well as I'd like, however it does work. Do you know if it's possible to set the 'resizable' option without opening a new page? That's what I'm really looking to do.
