Ok, this are three different points.<br />

I offered here 300 points from my question points account. When I accept one comment as answer, then I pay this offered 300 points. The Expert who gets the points gets the experts points multiplied by grading. The grading A is four times the offered points multiplier.<br />
The divider by teen is for people who have to buy a pervious asked question. They have to pay only the factor teen of original points.<br />

This whole system is not perfect and is a mater to be changed. But for the moment it is that way.<br />
