Wow thanks a lot, actualy i already registered at dyndns.org!!i gez il try the static dns, but do i need to set a static ip address to my Internet Connection????Nway il accept your aswers as i promised....Also i know dial-up connection is not that reliable in case of hosting but thats all i can afford for now, i juz want to learn utilizing my few resources...^_^'....
Thanks for the points.
You're not going to be able to get a static IP with a dial up account, but it may be worth asking if you can get a reserved IP - meaning that your ISP will hold a specific IP address for you when you're logged on and not assign it to someone else. Honestly, though, it's been a long time since I've used a dial up connection, so I have no idea if dial up ISP's are open to that sort of thing.
Either way, setting up your own server is a sure path to a fun, fast, and frustrating education. You will be well acquainted with the realities set out in this post (and many more) very soon. Enjoy.

Set yourself up with a dynamic IP provider (many free providers available on the Internat, do a search on Dynamic DNS in Google and pick one you like)
Set your website to listen on <all unassigned> IP addresses.
You site will now be available by the DNS name registered at your Dynamic DNS provider when you are online.
