Hi
I would like to tranfer a web page with all the images on Word97 so I can print it in my own format.
How should I proceed ?

It depends on how many images there are on the page.

You can just save the htm file, as well as all the images on the page in the same folder.  Then just open up the htm file in word.  The images won't pop there automatically... you'll have to click on the image frame and then insert the appropriate picture.
