Trouble with rpc over http

I have a problem with a digital certificate and exchange 2003, the first problem was when expired a CA certificate and my rdp over http wasn't work, i renewed the certificate but my rdp over http wasn't work, i deleted the certificate and created a new certificate but don't work.
What can I do?
I attach a jpg with the error that showme the client...
