Can u please explain me how to create a blog?

I need to know the concept of blog creation. I have a website where the users will register. Once a user registered in our website a blog should be created dynamically. i.e. a subdomain should create. Now I have a third party blog separately. I m going to use that blog. But how to integrate blog for each user. Please help me.
