need help with changing flash player files

Tags: adobe, flash 7.0, flash player 7.0 MX 2004, needs to update

i have flash player 7.0 MX 2004. right now I can open URL exists on loccal server, but if URL is not on local server the new version does not open on 7.0 creates flash files. so I am willing to change code for flash players files to update, I did but after I did clients still remember the old flash player files can not fresh with new flash player files. any ideas what is going on here
