Annoyingly, this is a surprisingly big job once you get into it.
.com/wordp ress/ but they might be overkill.
You'll probably end up using an HTML based blog like WordPress or similar, and then using the XML feeds which it generates.
If you want to get more in depth then you might want to look into Drupal - more complicated but more powerful.
There are a few bits out there already, eg http://xmlrpcflash.mattism
If it's only the entries you want, then that shouldn't be too hard - just parse the XML and have a different component for dealing with each type of entry - you might have to strip out some of the HTML etc,
but it's not so difficult, especially if you're using AS3.
