wordpress fatal error

when I try to access my blog and the admin I get this message :

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare fxzok() (previously declared in /home/sitesname/public_html/blog/index.php(1) : eval()'d code:1) in /home/sitesname/public_html/blog/wp-config.php(1) : eval()'d code on line 1

what can I do? I have access to the back end through cpanel
