Swear Words / Profanity Database / Filter

Looking for a good quality database of swear words or profanity.  Would like a database that I can buy and import into my own database and a set of good APIs to interact with the data so that all variations can be found.

I also would be up for a webservice with monthly/annual fees if the service is exceptional.  From Googling I already found the following two, but would like to see if others knew more.
