wordpress 2.5 - want page menu to indicate page being viewed.

I'd like to setup my page menu in my wordpress 2.5 site so that the menu item coresponding to the currently viewed page looks different - so it is easy to tell what page you are on.

For example, if you are on the "about" page, then the page menu item "About" would have a different css style applied to it (than the other menu items) and it would thus indicate that you were indeed on the "About" page.

I've set this up with non-wordpress sites before but have no idea how to do it here.

Here is how the menu is loaded in the header.php file:
