Need to be able to sell products on my wordpress blog --- help

I need to be able to add, edit and delete.
Then I need users to be able to select and buy items via paypal from my wordpress blog.

I know of eshop plugin, but it doesn't work and the creator doesn't want to support it.

please help me find other plugins.
