Thanks this has pointed me in the right direction I can now stop looking for wordpress error log and concentrate on getting the php error logs set up

where are the wordpress logs
I need to trouble shoot a problem and I cant seem to find the errorlog for my wordpressmu instalation.
I have wordpressmu installed on sme server 7 using apache webserver.
Can anyone help me this seem to be a very undocumented part of the wordpress system

there is no log for worpress, so you should check logs from apache, mysql or php, or better post the error you encounter so people can help you out ;)
