I'm about to setup a website (few pages) on a server however, I'm not sure yet but I think my access to the server will be only ftp. Now, how can I install WP on it ? is it possible to do ftp (which is going to be headache) for every single file?

I'm not sure which ftp program you are using but you typically just drag and drop the entire folder.
I use this one and its free: http://filezilla-project.o
In Filezilla
Browse to the wordpress folder on your local machine in the left pane.
Setup your server details in File > Site Manager...
Connect to your server.
Browse to the public folder on your server in the right pane. (typically public_html, httpdocs or www)
Drag and drop from left to right.
Then follow the instructions Caiapfas posted or find more detailed instructions here: http://codex.wordpress.org
here are steps for you
1. ftp entire wordpress folder to your host
2. create db for wp on your host, use phpmyadmin if possible
3. in browser, type in your domain url if wordpress on the root folder, if not on root folder, including path to wordpress folder in url; for example, http://your-domain.com/pat
4. follow steps to install wordpress
you can check here for idea, just replace w/ correct url/path ;)
