make sure to use same url that used to install wordpress; for example, use http://localhost to install but use http://domain.com to view and this will cause error even still able see front page

Posts (404 - File or directory not found) after publishing
I have installed Wordpress on Windows 2008 SBS. It appeared to be working correctly. Images uploaded and posts can be previewed when they are drafts. Once the post is published, and I try to view the post, I get the following error:
Server Error
404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
I have granted the IUSR user full control on the whole directory tree.
I am new to Wordpress so any help is greatly apprecited.
