PHP and MySQL query to get a lits of all unique pages and then subpages.

Does anyone know what the mysql query would be to get a list of all the unique pages in a wordpress database, and then another query that would list the sub pages for each main page.
I want to be able to do this outside the wordpress program, in a stand alone php program.
