I run a batch-file to install an active-x -- get a small success window etc.
but when running a programming via Visual Studio or a previously compiled .exe -- the application crashes indicating that the active-x is not registered.
this is now puzzling me for obvious reasons.
I get an error message box (titled: RegSvr32)
The module "[activex module].ocx" failed to load.
Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependant .DLL files.
The specified module could not be found.
the RegSvr32 program used is stored in folder: C:\Windows\SysWOW64
the ActiveXModule.ocx is stored in the same location as the .bat file

Solution:
- login as administrator
- right-click the ocx-file (search in systemfolders to find it)
- advanced security rights:
-- ADD the Standard User (he wasn't listed)
-- Give the standard user Full Control over the OCX-file; check all the boxes
Maybe you can leave some checkboxes unchecked, I did not care for that.
