"I know my CPU dont support 64bit." Actually the E2140 does support 64-bit. Even with the pae switch it wont see the full 4Gb and it can hurt the os's performance as it takes away memory from the OS and gives it to the programs. The 32-bit versions of Vista have the same limitation's you'll need a 64-bit os to see all the ram.

Hi, windows xp sp2 can acces maximum 4 gb of adress space with /pae switch only.
You should add the "/pae" in your boot.ini file.
