What is the code like that tries to enable the login?  Where is the code?  What does the other related code look like?

Is the login button part of the plugin?  Without seeing the page I am not real sure how these work together but it would seem easiest if the button was in the part that loaded.  No load then there is no button at all.  Just an alternative. :)

i donot have access to the code.

Login button is the part of the pluggin.

I have attached the snapshot while the plugin works in one of the PC.

But some PC the plugin is loading ..means the symbol loading in the figure is not appearing and login button will not be in the enabled state.

Without more details I am not sure how to help then.  If we can narrow it down to something in the browser then that may really help but it almost seems random.  Although that isn't usually the case it is hard to troubleshoot while it appears random.

Another problem is you not having access to the code.  Does that mean you can't change it at all (or work with someone who can)?  The reason I ask is the problem or fix may need to be there, especially if this is an Internet page and you want to make it work for more visitors.  If it is something you run locally or on your intranet then you would have access to change browser settings, etc.  Otherwise the fix has to be in the plugin (is it really a plugin or is it an applet?).

Do you know what I mean?  Thanks for the info, especially the screenshot.  Let me know about the above but if this is an Internet page and you need to fix it as a web developer you will need to work with the plugin developer and that code it seems.

Does a reload of the page on machines that have the problem sometimes fix it (i.e. it won't load right the first time but a refresh will often fix it)?

The same link is working in other PC . Only in the PC which i am working the problem is occuring.
That means this is not  a code problem. I dont have access to the page. And there is no way, to get the code and work with developers.

I think the two versions of jre which is installed on the same server causing this issue.
Does that make sense?

So is this something you can go to each computer to fix?  It is something that is just being used on computers you control and can change?

The problem maybe the version of Java.  However I am not convinced that is the case and I did think this was something you were trying to fix as a web developer (i.e. you can't go to each machine to tweek it).  If that is the case then the code is where the fix has to be done.  If I am wrong and you can change the machines then does updating the Java version break or fix the problem (I can't remember if it works on newer or older)?
