How to customise Citrix Online Plugin ver 11.2

Hello there,
I have downloaded the new Citrix Online Plugin which is a exe file and when extracted, it has 6 msi files.
My question how to customise this plugin, any ideas? My plan is customise, so that we can deploy to clients via Altiris deployment console.
And also Program Neighbourhood is no longer supported,  but ther is a quick lauch download. Ideally we would like to Plugin and quick lauch available to users in their PC's.
