I've run it and it shows me a dll which it can't open. The thing is, it registered fine on this machine...maybe I should run dependency walker on the box that has the problem? Once I find the dll that's missing, how do I handle that situation...find it on any machine I have here, and copy it up to that box? If so, what directory?

That error usually means a required dll file was missing (dependency). You can run dependency walker to find out if there are other DLLs needed. You can download it at the customer site from here r.com/
