Put hidden youtube videos on my website

Hello everyone,

We have a site that uses youtube to show a video gallery
Some of the content that's uploaded needs to be private, as in not searchable on youtube.

We'd like to know if there's a way to do something along these lines:

Set all video I have on my channel to "private" (nobody can see them from my youtube page or can access them from youtube search engine)
Let everyone (regiestered or not to youtube) see my embedded video on my site and be even able to follow it to its youtube page.

I looked up and found that there's an "unlisted" mode for videos, can anyone confirm that it does this?

Also one last thing:

Do i need to have "Enable Embedding" set to embed videos to my page even with the video's id?
Do you think I'll find any difficulties setting this up for a smartphone version of the site?

Thanks all

Hi r3helpdesk,

try to set your youtube video to private. It should not show at channel.
http://support.google.com/youtube/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=157177

After that at your website page write a program detect user have login or not to show your private embed video code.

For a smartphone like iphone it difficult to show youtube because that require flash support.

Good luck & hopefully can help u ^^
