How can I do a bulk review and edit of all page titles on a web site?

I am looking for solution that will allow me to edit all of the page titles in different websites. I realize I can manually edit each file by opening the html code, but I am looking for a way to see all the titles and at once and only modify the ones I need to.

I am currently using CuteFTP for file management on the domains. I have used software like webtrends and dreamweaver which I think displayed page titles on lines but havent used them in so long.

Hopefully this will be a quick and easy one.
