The problem is now resolved, and it was due to a corrupt image. D'oh! Anyway, thanks for the advice. I appreciate it.

Question
I'm trying to erase the system flash but I keep getting tihs (Device in exclusive use). I also tried loading over the existing image but no luck. Can somebody give feeback about this. Thanks.
I'm not able to install over the existing image on this device.
