Ok - Looks like you need two things. Being able to save the location and content of 100 windows (or tabs)
and being able to enter passwords.
IE doesn't save window locations or content with the standard load. Maybe there is an addon that will save the window locations. Do a search for
http://www.google.com/sear
Firefox doesn't do it either so again - a plugin may be able to help
Check Opera. From memory that does allow you to save the current layout of tabs and their addresses. I think they call it saving sessions.
All three of the above allow you to save username / passwords for sites. But all of them will present the password on the screen and you will have to press enter. Is that ok or did you want auto login ?
If the site supports cookies and auto login that might help.

What are in the 100 windows ? Web sites or local pictures ?
This is not exactly an easy thing to do so it might be better to understand what you are trying to achieve and then come up with a different way (maybe not using IE)
