Acronis Snap Deployment

I have created a image using acronis, and when i am deploying this image on different machine but exactly the same hardware. It is giving me error on acronis server "No license for Acronis Snap Deploy Agent Server 3.0"

I am not sure why it is giving that error, we have got plently of licensing available.

any idea? thanks

Make sure both machines are using the same version of Acronis.

this is not the version issue, as i have tested deploying previously taken image on that machine and it worked fine.

Try turning off windows firewall on target machine.
Also have you tried using recovery boot cd as last option

Acronis requires that the server have a license and then you also need to purchase a license for each machine that you wish to deploy the image to.

Also, you need to make sure that if you have deployed to the same machine that you have removed the license information from the server (the server ties itself to the machine) if i am not mistaken, which will/could cause issues when deploying to same machine

We have ample of licenses availabe on the server, and i am not deploying on the same machine. I have taken image of one of my server and now trying to deploy that image on a different server but of the similar specs?

Have you tried booting off the reocovery cd and seeing if the agendt can see the machine after that.
If unable to try reinstalling the delply agent on the server and make sure the windows firewall is turn on  the server

I can see deploy any previously taken images but it is perhase just not applying any newly taken image. I can see plenty of available license under license manager of acronis.
