How to change Personal Photos Background Automatically?

I have a collection of 400,000 personal photos which has a background color of either Green or Blue. I would like to use an automatic tool / custom application that would change the background to white.
Is there a way to do so?

I am not sure if I got your question, but to explain my question, please consider a personal photo for Passport. Normally, you will have your personal picture with a white background. I have personal picture with Green or Blue background which I would like to convert into White.

It would be easy enough to set this up as a batch process in Photoshop.
