I've looked at Flickr and Picasa, and they seem to be designed not so much like storage space hosting, but rather more like an iPod, acting only as a receptical to hold a copy of what's on your local computer at the time.
Yes I know, storage media is getting so cheap so fast that it won't be long before we have terabyte thumbdrives. Still budgets are tight nowadays.

you can certainly upload the files to mentioned site however there is a limitation, as a company you might have hugh cache of files and you want to upload however as a person who manages it i would not trust my data to be on internet and viewed my zillions.
drives are really cheap, you can buy a maxtor 1. 5 TB for 150 $ which can give you enough space to dump the data, or there are multiple vendors out there providing you with cheapest ways to own a disk space rather than stuffing it on to internet.
