Joomla! can do what your looking for.

Install Joomla on a Linux web server.
The base system will handle your users and category needs.
The Virtuemart addon can handle selling your items and link the payment/shopping cart to Pay-Pal.
You can install any number of great non-commercial form extensions to handle your contact forms.
The services page would probably be writen as an article in the base system.

Take a look at this site.  It is my most recently completed website.  It is built on Joomla and can do everything your looking for.

unassassinable:

Can I easily setup photo albums in VirtueMart? I'd be posting about 800 pictures per album, and I need an option to bulk upload. I have played with VM before, but never found a way to create categories/albums password protect it and bulk upload photos.
I was also looking in to Gallery2 by Menalto, perhaps it can be integrated with Joomla to streemline the process.

There is actually an entire category of addons dedicated to albums.  Some may even integrate with Virtuemart.  You may also check virtuemart's site and see if they have and VM addons.  (Yes addons can have addons :) )

As far as a bulk upload, I upload bulk via an FTP client.  I would recommend the same.

Im not familiar with Gallery2.  You may check the Joomla extensions page to see if it is already included as an addon in Joomla.
