The destination folder http://server.org/admin/photos is not available.  The folder may have been moved or deleted, or network problems may be preventing a connection to the server.

I am having the exact problem that is described here:

http://www.experts-exchange.com/OS/Microsoft_Operating_Systems/Server/MS-SharePoint/Q_24466245.html

Unfortunately, the solution in that question does not apply to my specific case.

I have a WSS 3.0 sp1 installation on an SBS 2003 server.  It is accessible over the internet with basic windows authentication for now.

After creating a Picture Libary, users will try to upload multiple photos.  The default application that Sharepoint tries to upload photos with is Office Picture Manager.  By default, the files will try to upload to http://server.org/admin/photos as they should (admin is just the url for the sub-site "Administrative".  I can't seem to change the location anyway.   When I hit "Upload and Close"  I am asked to re-authenticate which seems odd to me.  Once I do so, I am presented with the error mentioned in the title of this question and in the attached screenshot.  The user is a site owner.  I have also tried with the Domain admin account.  I can upload pictures one at a time in either case.
