Web Video - file format I need??

Hello,

Just to let you know, it will be very easy for Sharpe's (the audiovisual supplier for our conference) to capture the portion of the opening ceremonies that will feature the young apprentices. They will be set up to project live to screen for all the plenary sessions.

I will need simply to let them know what file format I need for posting to our web site, can u please advice it is a windows 2000 plateform and i would like to post the video on the web which format...
