how do i recover a moved file. when i run my card recovery program it ony recovers deleted files

Simple question, but where were the files "originally" MOVED too?

If you moved the file from one place in the card to another in the same card, then you need to recover them from the place to which they were moved. If you moved the from the card to another device (such as a hard disk) then this is the same as a deleted file, and you can recover them as if they had been deleted.
