converting .vob files from camcorder to file to have on website

I have a friend that has a very VERY important video on her camcorder and we would like to take that video and put it on her website.

On the dvd (small one from her camcorder) it has a video_ts folder that has some .vob files.

I need help in determining the best way to have those in a format that her friends will be able to watch it in on her website. Please help.

She wants to get this done by morning and here I sit stuck on a solid solution.
