/products/ doc/enterp rise.php) allows batch conversion of PDF to DjVu. Beyond that, I am not aware of anything - remember how long it took to get the PDF format opened up enough to have outside development? And DjVu is a lot newer.

Presumably you could use the virtual printer driver in the Pro edition from LizardTech to "print" your PDFs to DjVu format? Haven't tried that route.
